Exercise is a way you can double your weight loss. Simply counting calories is usually not enough and requires some type of exercise routine. Days and times should be set aside for exercise periods. Make sure to honor these exercise periods as you would any other appointment. Counting calories and exercising is the foundation of weight loss and should not be taken lightly.
